Хорошее расположение, большой номер, помогли с вещами 😉 хороший ресторан, но скромные завтраки. Пошли нам на встречу о том, чтобы оплатить не на заезде, а на выезде, так как были проблемы с банком
К сожалению, сейчас за окном идёт стройка, так что было немного шумно и в номере на ковре мы нашли стекло пальцем, был порез, неприятно, отель вину не признал, но по нашей просьбе ковер еще раз пропылесосили

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and warm and cozy! The food in the restaurant was yum! Great views!
We had to walk up and down the stairs each day, passing by the washroom, which left an unpleasant smell.

We loved the location, view and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. They do extra mile to make your stay better. Specially their manager Dinara, thank you so much.
The 2nd night on our 2nd room there was no water, cups or tea bag from house keeping.
