Perfect location. only 7 min walk to Plaza Mayor and other major sites. Cafes and restaurants are plentiful. Most open at 9am or later
Super quiet apartment from street noise.
Very comfortable beds. Very nice bathrooms.
The hosts were very responsive. They gave us great options for parking nearby. Easy entry with street door code and apartment lock box
Recently renovated apartment with lots of space. excellent water pressure for showers. AC was just right for the hot temps outside.
Only one remote control for all 3 AC units. Not a big deal. We made it work.
The hosts did not provide an option to register our rental car in the Low Emission Zone of Salamanca. We will have to wait to see if we get a 200Euro fine.
Noise from adjoining apartments. Bring earplugs.

L'appartement est spacieux, très bien situé et d'une propreté impeccable. Les équipements sont complets et tout neufs.
L'emplacement est proche des cafés et donne sur une place où de nombreux jeunes viennent boire une verre le soir.
Nous avons eu des nuisances sonores jusque tard dans la nuit.

El alojamiento estaba reformado y era muy bonito y cómodo, en el centro de salamanca. Todas las necesidades estaban cerca. Y la chica con la que tratamos era muy maja

Estaba reformado, limpio y bien ubicado en el centro cerca de los sitios emblemáticos.
No es accesible, tiene un escalón en el portal y bastantes escalones para llegar al entresuelo, aunque hay un salvaescaleras no se puede usar porque necesita llave y en caso de usarlo también tendrías que bajar escaleras para llegar. Una vez dentro del apartamento también hay escalones en el recibidor para llegar al resto de la vivienda.
El dueño fue intransigente, antipático y materialista, sin ánimo de negociar ni voluntad de solucionar un problema con una ampliación de fecha que en menos de 24 horas se solitó cancelar, claramente para cobrar el día que sabía que no iríamos puesto que no son fechas solicitadas en la ciudad.
No volveré ni lo recomiendo.
