We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. We received a warm welcome from the owner, who showed us the accommodation and provided very helpful information about the area. The apartment is very spacious, functional, and nicely decorated. It features two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchenette with a spacious dining area, a living room sofa, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. There is also a large terrace with a seating area and wonderful views of the mountains. There is convenient parking outside the apartment. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, which we didn't use but it looked refreshingly fabulous.
It is a peaceful accommodation near Gmunden, which is easily reachable by car in around 20 minutes. Right near the apartment, you can start hiking, or you can drive 20 minutes to Almsee. Or drive to Parkplatz Kohlbach near Klamm for a starting hiking point to Laudachsee.
Supermarkets in Mühldorf are also within a 5-minute drive. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would love to return next time!

Райский уголок! Очень доброжелательные хозяева! Мы к сожалению из-за погодных условий приехали позднее запланированного времени, но хозяйка нас дождалась! Спасибо большое! Чисто, современно, очень красивая постель и удобная кровать! В холодильнике были прохладительные напитки! Есть бассейн, но мы ехали проездом, не успели им воспользоваться!
Все отлично, приехала бы туда на несколько дней релакснуть!

Nagyon kedves vendéglátók, igazi családi panzió. Mindenben rögtön kaptunk kedves segítséget. A környék nagyon rendezett, szép természeti környezet veszi körbe. Ajánlom mindenkinek!

Location is perfect. Lener is very kind.
If you like clean and comfortable facility, that’s definitely not for you. I felt as I came to my grandmother hours with very old and very used stuff.
