Super Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung und für 1 Person völlig ausreichend.

Top ausgestattet, deutlich über den Erwartungen des kleinen Apartments. Sehr ruhige Lage im Garten.

Pech mit den rücksichtslosen und versnobten Nachbarn gehabt, deren Zuwegung direkt an den Fenstern des Apartments verläuft. Terrasse die direkt vorm Fenster liegt, darf nicht genutzt werden. Eine Gemeinschaftsnutzung wäre wünschenswert. Das Wintergartenflair hat den Nachteil etwas auf dem „Präsentierteller“ zu sitzen.

Empfehlung

Die Unterkunft war sehr sinnvoll organisiert. Alles war an dem Platz, an dem man es erwartete. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr funktional, wenn man von den wie üblich stumpfen Messern absieht. Gerade beim Ankommen ist es auch schön, dass ein Lebensmittelgeschäft fast direkt gegenüber liegt. Alle Ziele, von Strand über Einkaufen bis ÖPNV sind gut zu erreichen.

Bevor man, ob aus Dusche oder Wasserhahn, warmes Wasser bekommt, muss man einige Minuten warten. Das große schöne Fenster zum Garten in Sandy 4 muss man den ganzen Tag verdunkeln/zuziehen, wenn man nicht möchte, dass einem fremde Leute aufs Bett schauen.
