Very cozy, cute and clean. When you close windows and doors, the room becomes very soundproof and you dont hear much of outside and cars passing. Owner is really nice and accommodating
The fridge made a tapping noise pretty loudly every few minutes so its woken me up a few times

The room was clean and self check in was easy! Figuring out how to open the gate took me a little while but access was very easy and felt safe :) the location is a 30min single bus ride from manchester central, so its an ideal place to stay if checking out the city! There is a shopping complex about a 7min walk away and several cornershops/restaurants about. The shower was really nice!! And I was happy about the radiator included. Didnt take long to heat up the space.
There were no towels included (which I was aware of), nor shampoo which I think should be supplied for the price of the room. To cook with there is a fridge, microwave and kettle, but no hob/airfryer which I think should be supplied for the price, and maybe not so ideal for longer stays or for more hungry people.
Its also beside a main road (which isnt bothersome from inside the studio) but can make crossing and shopping a bit overwhelming. The space is cosy but maybe a bit tight for 2peoples things, so perfect for solo travellers like myself!

Clean sound proof not noisy and not smoking smells

It was near the places we wanted to visit. It was clean, was adequate for a few days.
A bit small, the bed seemed small, maybe a small double not a normal double, No curtains, bright light coming in the room. Not very private, you have gaps in the blinds if the blinds slightly moved. The garden was not sectioned off from private house, so felt like you were being watched. Hard to find a space to park on the road near the property and a busy rd. no wifi code in the room if you need it.
