Location was central with basic necessities available.
Collecting the key from a different location was an inconvenience when travelling via public transport with luggage.

とにかく立地が良いです！レンタカーを利用しなくてもバス停やパースの駅、人気のショッピングストリート、エリザベスキーなどが徒歩圏内なのでとても便利な場所でした。この建物の1階にはフードコートやベーカリーもあるので、朝ごはんを買ってお部屋で食べることもできました。ベッドはとても寝心地が良く、背中が痛くなることもありませんでした。アパートの一部屋なので、キッチンも使えるし、洗濯乾燥機もあるので、必要な時にすぐお洗濯もできて大変助かりました。1週間以上滞在する方、ファミリーにはおすすめです。
アパートの鍵を取りに行かなければいけないのですが、その場所が徒歩20分くらいの距離で遠いのが大変でした。（その日がとても暑い日だったから大変と感じたのかもしれません）

Very quiet apartment complex. Amazing location. Full size kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
Cons: No parking, but amazing location. Annoying to have to drag luggage back to the lock box location at end of stay to return key. Also, only one key available. Live tv not available and we don't have accounts, so difficult to watch any tv.
