Appartamento nuovissimo, porta di ingresso elettronica. Ci sono tutti i comfort necessari per chi volesse vivere la casa anche per il vitto. Camera spaziosa. Bagno comodissimo, grande e pulito. Ampio salone e come chicca un balconcino con vista sulla strada principale (forse solo un pò rumeorsa perchè arteria principale). WiFi eccellente. Che dire tutto perfetto. Il palazzo, molto datato ma con ascensore funzionante, e la zona, non sono elegantissimi ma sebbene l'ingresso sia un pò buio, posso garantire massima tranquillità. Qualche personaggio un pò stravagante c'è ma non danno assolutamente fastidio. In zona troverete di tutto, dai mezzi per raggiungere il centro (io sempre a piedi), a punti di ristoro, fast food e risotranti con negozi di vario tipo, compreso supermercati. Vicnissima alla zona della movida di Bucarest, zona molto elegante con locali davvero cool. Lo consiglio.
Forse solo la strada rumorosa e la struttura esterna dell'ingresso. Pe ril resto tutto benissimo

We loved our stay at Green Leaf.
This spacious, light-filled sixth-floor apartment in a quiet building was beautifully appointed, with modern décor, an excellent kitchen, and a private balcony perfect for watching the world go by. Set on a central boulevard, it also offers the convenience of a metro stop, Piata Romana, right outside. Don’t be discouraged by the graffiti-filled courtyard at the entrance: the area feels very safe, and it gives no hint of the lovely apartment six floors above.
Unfortunately, the building’s hot water failed during our stay, which meant we had to relocate. The Sattal Team handled the situation very well. We highly recommend Green Leaf and only wish we could have stayed much longer.
Our cab driver dropped us at the wrong building on the opposite side of the boulevard, several blocks away. With only a video image for reference, finding the correct building was difficult. Including a clearer landmark in the address, such as “Metro stop Piata Romana,” would have made arrival much easier.

Very well located !
The bedroom window is a bit loose, and not seal completely the sound from the street. Is a minor problem, easy to fix in the future.

The place was really tastefully decorated and the apartment was spacious. It was also fully equipped.
-The fact that the second thing I saw was a bug
-The fact that they asked for a color photo of my ID through WhatsApp (no one should ask that...I can understand ID verification...but I am not sending my ID photo to anyone)
-The most annoying one is the fact that I need to wait 1 month to receive an invoice that I should have within 5 days after my stay.(today I still haven't received it) - I can fully understand religious reasons for not working...but I don't think this day and era booking transfers money with delay...(the reason they invoked not to issue my invoice)and in 3 weeks there is enough time...
