Great hotel, friendly and efficient staff. The buffet breakfast was really good, but for us the harbour view from our room was incredible and what made our stay special
The only small complaint was the time spent waiting on lifts which were often full at busy times

Location was central and easy walk to everything.
Bit confusing at first for access through mall levels.
