We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Quinta da Cachada and would highly recommend it. The location is beautiful, peaceful and quiet, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside, the perfect place to switch off and relax.
The house itself is spacious, extremely comfortable and very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Everything was clean and very well looked after, and having free private parking was another big plus. The outdoor areas and pool are lovely and make the most of the beautiful setting.
What really makes Quinta da Cachada special, though, are the hosts. They are absolutely brilliant, incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, and they genuinely make every effort to accommodate their guests and make sure everything is perfect. Nothing feels like too much trouble! Thank you Flavia!
It is also a great base for exploring the surrounding area while still being able to come back to somewhere peaceful at the end of the day.
There were really only two small downsides: the mattresses on both beds, as well as the pillows, were not particularly comfortable, and the bedroom blinds do not block out much sunlight, so the rooms can become quite bright early in the morning. Apart from those two points, everything else was excellent. With slightly more comfortable mattresses and blackout blinds, this would be very close to a perfect stay.

Het huisje was super en op een heel mooie locatie. Genieten van de rust en het uitzicht! De eigenaars zijn heel lieve en hartelijke mensen en hebben alles gedaan om het ons naar onze zin te maken. De poezen van huis waren een leuke extra!

Tout d’abord la gentillesse et la sympathie de Joachim et Flavia, un couple absolument formidable et très à l’écoute. La maison est impeccable, avec tous les équipements nécessaires, il ne manque rien.Joachim et Flavia sont très disponibles. La maison est au calme. Un grand merci pour ce merveilleux séjour en famille. 🙏🙏🤩🤩

Adorámos tudo! O alojamento é lindo, muito bem cuidado, extremamente limpo e confortável. A zona da piscina é incrível para relaxar e os donos foram simplesmente impecáveis connosco, sempre muito simpáticos, disponíveis e atenciosos. Fizeram-nos sentir em casa. Sem dúvida um sítio onde queremos voltar!
Nada a apontar. A nossa estadia correu muito bem e superou as expectativas.
