Breakfast is not provided, but the location is easy to find, not congested with traffic, has ample parking, and is situated not far from Pengkalan Balak, with plenty of eateries nearby
What needs improvement is the TV system — it's a bit complicated to switch on and operate the TV box, which results in only limited channels being accessible.

唯一的缺点是隔音有点差，晚上半夜摩托经过都会很吵。门口一直有猫大便很臭
