Perfect

Everything was great. Very good hospitality and the location was very near the historic center and the central station of Napoli.

3 / 10

Whilst the location is great and neighbours are lovely, the inconvenience of a shared kitchen with small children, plumb

Room was spacious and clean. Need to trek 4 flights of stairs with heavy luggage which was a little difficult. Initially the host was very accommodating but I suspected it was because I had pointed out that his initial ad did not state a shared kitchen which wasn’t ideal for us.

The shower leaked into the downstairs apartment causing a riot of people to come in and out of the apartment to inspect the problem. No communication from the host and lucky we understood and spoke little Italian to know what was going on. When I spoke with the host he advised we weren’t allowed to use the shower and how to clean ourselves in the basin instead. No other reasonable solution. When I asked the host to consider a partial refund he rejected the offer. I advised that I was going to provide an honest review of our dealings with him and our stay and he blocked my number and listed my stay as a no show to stop me from providing a review. The case is still under investigation.

Great location

Its all about the location. Very close to Centro storico and Napoli centrale. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Great cafe (Cafeteria Florio) to have breakfast nearby.

1 / 10

A decent apartment, but the host’s dishonest pricing ruined the stay.

The apartment looked exactly as advertised, but I had a major issue with the pricing. I accidentally booked for one person instead of two. Instead of simply adjusting the price to the correct rate (which should have been only €20 extra per night), the host tried to charge me double and pushed for a private side deal, claiming the owner would charge double. After a lot of back and forth, he still overcharged me and the deal was outside of the platform (which was sketchy). It felt dishonest and manipulative, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this happens to other guests. Be cautious.

La ubicación del apartamento. Tenía aire acondicionado.

Que el desayuno consistiera en un croissant envasado. Eso no se puede considerar un “desayuno incluido “. Poca presión de agua en la ducha .
