A really beautifully presented cottage, easy walking distance from the train station and city centre.
While the hosts organised a parking permit, which was hugely helpful, finding a space to park near the house proved quite challenging every time we took the car out and we ended up with an annoying parking fine. Be warned, Salisbury / Wiltshire Council is nasty and unforgiving when it comes to the parking police.

Great communication from Grace (our host) who checked with us that we were enjoying our stay/ did we need anything.
Whilst we always found somewhere to park nearby with our permit it could be a challenge.

The upstairs is ok, lovely bathroom, bedroom was fine but lacked space for your clothes.
As mentioned no space for clothes and hardly any coat hangers, kitchen a little bit small, and workmanship of the tiles in the kitchen and all the pipework above and below the boiler needs boxing in to make it look presentable, the bins in the kitchen are taking up to much space as they are large, could do with updating the cooking pans and trays we didn't want to use them, the living room table and chairs need replacing, the curtain on the front window and door are short and not a nice look, old pipework behind the chair needs removing and cleaning, The front window needs a good clean, and the outside needs a clean, old wood just lying there in the corner, one of the fence posts is broken, the paving needs a clean and de-weeding, and the outside back door uPVC needs a clean, plus get rid of the dirty cat flap,in fact it looks nothing like the photos you are showing on your site .
