Location for moa swimming pool even though you have pay 150 peso a day or 300 peso for ur entire stay
When we arrived the room stunk of sewage .cockroaches running around and stains on the bed sheets

The property is conveniently located near the mall and the airport. The room is cozy and comfortable. We were very pleased with the owner; she responds quickly and is very helpful.

I noticed some small cockroaches. To address the issue, I recommend using cockroach powder, which is readily available online and highly effective in eliminating them.
It was already 2 hours past out check in time when we arrived and we still experienced a delay with the registration system at reception. Despite having emailed proof of booking, they directed us to contact the property representative after speaking with admin, resulting in an almost 30-minute wait.

L’immeuble est très beau et sécurisé et le Check in se fait facilement. Le personnel de l’immeuble est accueillant en revanche pas de communication avec l’hôte. J’ai posé une question pour un renseignement et je n’ai jamais eu de retour …
L’appartement est bien mais pas très propre. On a tué 5/6 bestioles rampantes en étant au 9 eme étage …
Pas d’articles de toilette comme stipulé dans l’annonce même pas de savon.
Aussi, ATTENTION, il y a une piscine non utilisable. Il faut payer ! Et ce n’est pas non plus stipulé dans l’annonce …
