It was quaint, cozy and served its purpose as a place to stay while exploring Yosemite.

It was quiet and peaceful and a good location for Glacier Point and the Mariposa Grove of Sequoias. Also liked that the hot water for dishes and showers was almost instant.

1. There were some sugar ants in the kitchen. We DID use the kitchen to cook dinner each night, so that was annoying. 2. You have to wash your dishes by hand but the stopper for the sink was broken and the pots and pans were grimy. After we used them we washed them really well but had to use a large pot as a sink. 3. Spiders and webs in the bathroom. 4. Bed was hard and not comfortable. 5. Had to use a match to light one of the gas stove tops. 6. There was an open upstairs attic with no door, but you’re not allowed to go up there which left the place feeling slightly creepy; we locked the bedroom door each night.
