Muy buena ubicación e infraestructura. Muy lindo edificio. Espacioso y nuevo el departamento. Hermosa vista desde el balcón.
Un poco la limpieza. Había manchas raras en el colchón, sábanas, acolchados, sillón, etc. y había pelos en la cama y faltaba barrer un poco. El resto bien.

This apartment is comfortable, clean and looks like new. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room equipment and WiFi were good. We were worried about getting into the apartment in the late evening, but we received very clear instructions from the host, so it was easy and quick. Also the surroundings with lots of bistros, restaurants and the port is nice. We would have stayed longer...

Lo que más nos gustó fue la atención de Luciano, un anfitrión excelente: muy atento, respondió todas nuestras dudas y siempre predispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación del departamento es muy buena y el edificio es moderno, lo que hace la estadía cómoda y práctica.
Como punto a mejorar, encontramos algunos detalles de limpieza al llegar, especialmente en el baño, cortina del baño muy sucia y en la cocina había restos de comida. Además, tuvimos un inconveniente con el termotanque que comenzó a gotear; si bien Luciano se mostró dispuesto a resolverlo, al tratarse de una estadía corta no resultaba cómodo coordinar la reparación. Con un poco más de mantenimiento y atención a estos detalles, la experiencia sería de 10.
