Un hostal súper cómodo, cálido y limpio. Hicieron distintas mejoras durante mi tiempo ahí, siempre se veía mas bonito. El equipo del hostel fue muy amable y cuidaban la experiencia. Hay distintas actividades que son gratis para los huéspedes, pero se mantiene una vibra relajada y tranquila.

El ambiente, todos los voluntarios molan mucho. Alejandro lo dirige bien, Ceci hace un trabajo extraordinario también haciendo comunidad, te hacen sentir. Agusto y Tiago, Lena.. TODOS los voluntarios son geniales ❤️

The staff at this venue make it, they were so friendly to me during my stay and made me feel a great part of the community. I made many good connections here as someone who didn’t speak the same language as the locals. The facilities were also amazing, as was the location.

We quite enjoyed the hostel's location, which is right within the centre of Pipa, and very near shops and supermarkets.
Each bed has a locker, with its own key, which was nice for storage.
Free coffee and (sometimes) water.
To be honest, I didn't enjoy my stay at the hostel at all.
At the beginning everything seemed nice, as we were greeted kindly by the receptionists. We arrived a few hours before check in, and we were aloud to hang around the hostel. Our beds were also ready before check in time, which was a bonus.
However, what I did not enjoy AT ALL about the hostel was the huge number of volunteers, which surpassed the number of guests, making feel guests left out.
All common areas were always busy with volunteers, which left us guests uncomfortable to use the kitchen, and the tables in the outdoor area.
There are also people at the hostel that are not volunteers, nor guests and stay around all day long, which was very weird, as we felt less safe.
Finally, the hostel locks its doors at night, which can only be opened using a code, but we were never given the code, so when we came back at night, we were almost left locked out. Thank goodness someone heard us about half an hour later and came to unlock the door, and we were then given the access code.
I feel that lots of things would need to be improved and would not recommend staying here again.
