??? The apartment is acceptable

I will not book here again. It took us an hour just to locate the building; there were no instructions or details provided. The parking space assigned to us was already occupied, and the building guard was completely useless—he didn't know anything. The apartment itself is small. There was no one there to greet us, nor were there any prior instructions indicating that this was a self-check-in property—instead, the door code was only sent to us upon our arrival. When I asked the person who was supposed to assist us about the TV not working, he claimed it was "just for decoration" (seriously?!). Yet, as soon as I contacted the management, this same person suddenly called back to say that everything—including the TV—was working perfectly, and that it had all been a "misunderstanding." Suddenly, he became incredibly responsive, telling me to just let him know if I needed anything else. A few years ago, I stayed at another self-check-in apartment, but in that case, everything was clearly explained at the time of booking. A day before my arrival, they sent me detailed, step-by-step instructions: how to find the location, how to check in and collect the key card, what to do during my stay, and how to return the card upon departure—all without ever needing to meet anyone in person.
