Tolle Anlage + super Wohnung. Pool auf dem Dach großartig. Sehr ruhige Lage.
Kommunikation NUR auf polnisch möglich. Check-IN und Wlan Zugang sehr umständlich, ´da fehlerhafte Informationen vorlagen.Leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Telefonsupport kein Wort englisch.

Nowy czysty pokój, basen, wygodne łóżko, podstawowe wyposażenie.
W czasie przyjazdu obiekt był jeszcze niewykończony był problem z dojazdem bo kładziono kostkę. Jadąc rano na spotkanie służbowe na środku drogi dojazdowej była hałda żwiru... panowie budowlańcy byli tak mili że rozgarnęli to spychaczem i mogłam dojechać. Obiekt Mielno.... do centrum Mielna daleko, do plaży też niezły spacer. Jeśli ktoś wybiera ten obiekt i potrzebuje FAKTURY (jak ja) niech nie opuszcza obiektu bez niej. Zapewnienia Pani Pauliny , czyny to drugie. (opiekującej się obiektem ) to jedno a rzeczywistość to drugie. W dniu przyjazdu poinformowałam obiekt że potrzebuję fakturę, potem DWA miesiące dzwoniłam, mailowałam, pisałam i dzwoniłam przez Booking.... Pani twierdziła (jak już zdarzyło się odebrać telefon) , że księgowy nie chce wystawić.... w końcu udało mi się skontaktować z inną osobą i ... księgowy ....... nie wiedział o tej fakturze.. PORAŻKA chcesz fakturę, wybierz inny nocleg.

Blisko do morza i jeziora, spokój.
Mały basen, okupowany od rana do wieczora, przy obłożeniu nie ma szans żeby skorzystać. Zaniedbany taras, mnóstwo dużych, leśnych pająków, które wchodziły do pokoju, trzeba było zamykać okna tarasowe. Okazało się że telewizor który był w pokoju, nie posiadał podłączonej kablówki, ani funkcji smart, żeby można było cokolwiek obejrzeć. Więc był chyba tylko dla ozdoby, obsługa nie była zainteresowana pomocą w tym przypadku, tłumaczyła się „że wszystko działało przy poprzednich gościach” - niemożliwe, telewizor nie posiada funkcji połączenia się z internetem.
