Everything was perfect! The host kindly kept contact with us on the day of arrival, the room was incredibly clean and felt luxurious, and the location is super convenient.
The 10'o clock checkout time is a bit too early.

What a wonderful experience in the heart of Naples, close to the port and old town area for walking/shopping. The staff were absolutely amazing to work with, before, during and after our visit. Carla in particular treated us like family/friends, but everyone was kind and welcoming. Carla worked with us in advance to accommodate our early flight arrival, and we were able to check in early. She and other staff members provided recommendations on places to visit and made a reservation for us at a lovely restaurant away from the tourist cafes. The room was very nice, comfy mattress and bedding, spacious for clothes and toiletries, and had good AC. Most of all, we loved the experience of being in a typical Italian-style suite with a courtyard entry that buffeted the noise from the street, and across the street from great coffee and gelato! We highly recommend Mamalu Corso for anyone wanting a different experience from an American hotel!!! On a scale from 1-10, it's off the chart at 10+!

Staff were outstanding and attentive, rooms beautiful.
Only thing you could be picky about would’ve been an extra key would’ve been good to keep air con on once you left the room.

La struttura è ben posizionata e vicina alla metro. L’interno è un appartamento convertito in stanze d’albergo con una recente e carina ristrutturazione.
Per quel prezzo mi sarei aspettata una reception a disposizione più a lungo. Il secondo giorno di notte è mancata la corrente e degli allarmi si sono messi a suonare ma nessuno è venuto a controllare e nessuno ha risposto al numero Whatsapp fornito.
Quello che non ho veramente apprezzato era il vetro sulla doccia che dava nella stanza? Ma perché? Qual è lo scopo? Avevo anche chiesto se fosse stato possibile mettere una tenda ma la mia richiesta non è stata accolta.
