Close to town, comfortable and the cleaning lady was lovely
We knew it was a pub and didnt mind a bit of noise.But there were Noisy girls staying further down the corridor knocking on our door late at night. Good on the publication coming to sort them out after I called him.

Young girls yelling and knocking on our door after the pub closed. Glad the owner came and shut them up.

Room clean, good water pressure in the shower
Proximity to the public bar which is quite loud, popular and shuts at midnight, public car park and the accommodation wing can easily be accessed by the general public (suggest they put a combo lock in the hallway)
