Beautiful hotel with so much potential to be perfect! The hotel is a small paradise.
Our toilet did not work until the last day of our stay and staff didn't do anything to fix it. This was a big inconvenience to our family. No water to shower with on the last day. Not even an apology received, just told to leave feedback in the review. Bad cleaning, didn't change bed sheets throughout our entire stay although they made the room very presentable and swept the sandy floor. Jacuzzi was very dirty with green/brown water and frogs living inside the power jet, so we didn't use the jacuzzi at all, they should simply clean and cover it to fix this issue. Dinner was quite nice but a bit overpriced. We didn't receive any goodwill gesture for all the issues we encountered and reported daily. This place had potential to be 10/10 but the complaint handling and fixing things in a timely manner is non existent.
