This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers lakeside living, blending modern comforts with stunning natural beauty.
This spot is perfect for a small family or a small group of friends.
The Space
A townhome set over two levels. The living areas look out to lake and Mountain view.
The layout flows from entry hallway with bedroom and garage access, then open-plan kitchen, dining and living, then balconies front and rear.
Bedrooms: Two Bedrooms with lake and mountain views.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. both with standing showers.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace and balcony access.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge (373l gross), gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle.
External: Balcony off living room with a small fireplace and outdoor seating. Outdoor patio with spa and BBQ (fees apply).

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Standard configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Stairs: Internal stairs only
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

We had such a lovely stay at The Tiers! The place was homely, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was well equipped with all the little touches that made it feel like home. The view was definitely the highlight — waking up to that stunning scenery each morning was unforgettable. We loved relaxing in the spa, and enjoying drinks outside by the fire pit is an absolute must! A huge thank you to the friendly team at Hello Queenstown for their great communication and for making everything so easy from check-in to check-out. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown!
