The Space

A two-bedroom apartment on a single level, in the Pounamu complex on Frankton Road. External steps to reach apartment.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with apartment a only: integrated fridge, gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine.

Outdoors: Small balcony with seating for two connected to apartment A.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External flight of stairs to access apartments. Apartment A has small internal staircase. Apartment B has none

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
