About this apartment rental
Come and stay in this incredible 400 m2 Parisian apartment in a unique location, on the famous rue de Rivoli, a balcony with a view of the Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre, near the Place de Concorde, the Champs-Elysées, the Palais-Royal, the Opera... Renovated in 2023, it will seduce you with the volume of its rooms, the high ceilings, moldings, marble fireplaces, the modern and refined furniture, the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets. A unique place to welcome you with your family or friends!
Located on floor 2 (with elevator) of a historic building from 1850, this apartment opens onto a large entrance gallery. From this entrance, you can access on the right a huge bathroom: bathtub, sinks, shower, and separate toilet as well as large cupboards to store clothes, suitcases, etc.
a guest toilet is accessible through the entrance.
you will then discover access to a superb and huge living room with dining area which opens onto the balcony overlooking the rue de Rivoli, bathed in light. This living room opens in a row onto a small living room and then a large equipped dining kitchen.
From the gallery, a corridor begins that will lead you to a very large bedroom of about 35m2 with a queen-size bed.
Then, you will discover a second bedroom with a queen-size bed.
A third bedroom with two single beds (or a queen-size bed)
A bathroom, with bathtub/shower for 2 people, sink and toilet is located between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 and is accessible from each of the 2 bedrooms.
A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sink and shower
In front of the bedroom, in the hallway, there is a toilet.
We can install 2 additional single beds in the 4 bedrooms.
This apartment does not have air conditioning because it is not possible to install it in this type of historic building: all decorations would have to be removed, etc.
We provide fans (towers) for each room during the summer period.
The ceiling is very high (about 4 meters), so the apartment stays cool. On the other hand, the rooms are located on the east side and it is best to close the shutters during the day to keep the cool.
This apartment is ideal for a family or group of 8 to 10 people, depending on the configuration.
We check-in person: we will be in contact since your arrival in Paris and will welcome you at the apartment.
check-ins are between 3pm and 6pm approximately, but we can arrange check-ins at other times according to our schedule and we reserve the right to ask for an additional fee depending on the check-in time requested.
We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

We stayed at this property for our first trip to Paris. It was an amazing experience. The home is located in the center of Paris and walking distance to the Louvre. It is also very close to the famous Angelina restaurant. The property was clean and spacious for 7 adults and two teens. The hosts were very responsive and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

It was everything you would want in a residence. Great apartment, location, communication, hospitality. I could go on and on about this place. If you get a chance, I would highly recommend!

The property at Tuileries Garden and Louvre Apt was absolutely perfect for our large family group (7 adults). We stayed in Paris immediately after the Christmas holiday and needed a perfect place to have all of us in one setting, and this apartment was ideal!The property manager was exceptional in communication and accommodating our needs. Specifically, Cecile and Eric were always immediately available for our various wants and recommendations, such as the van service necessary to get all of us and a massive amount of giant luggage to and from the airport and train station, area restaurants, and other amenities.The apartment itself is ideally situated for walkers, as everything we wanted to see and visit was within a relatively leisurely stroll. We took the Metro only once, and really only as a novelty to experience it. Otherwise, we strolled throughout Paris: The Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, museums, parks, and fine dining are all within sight and walking distance.The apartment is grand and provides spacious accommodations for every guest, as well as large common gathering areas and kitchen. To our delight, the place stayed toasty and warm the entire stay, even though outside temps were quite chilly in late December. The other very pleasant surprise was exceptional water pressure and immediate hot water in all showers - we did not expect this and really appreciated it.We can highly recommend and would take advantage again!
