Unwind together in the hot tub beneath the stars, relax in the wood fired sauna, or enjoy a fun evening in the game room. Let the soothing sounds of the creek lull you to sleep as you take in the beauty of the outdoors from every window. Explore nearby trails and quaint towns. Our Creekside Cabin nestled in the heart of the Catskills is just 3 minutes from Lake Colgate, 6 minutes from Hunter Mountain, and the charming town of Tannersville.
As you enter the property, there's a winding path that guides you to the brand-new wood-fired sauna with a view of the creek. Follow the stone walkway down to a tranquil pond where you may spot a native trout or two or take a short stroll to a covered gazebo with a fire pit.
The first floor boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a full-size alcove bed and an adobe wood-burning fireplace surrounded by built-in benches perfect for cozy evenings.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom featuring a dedicated workspace with high speed Wi-Fi and a cozy sofa, ideal for reading or daydreaming. The upper level also includes a full bathroom and an open closet.
Firewood is provided for your convenience. Tea and coffee pods, bath robes and disposable slippers are also provided.
Step outside onto the deck, where you’ll find a private hot tub, a pizza oven, and a gas grill, perfect for outdoor cooking and relaxation.
For entertainment, the basement is a lively space featuring a TV, an air hockey table, a jukebox, and a full bathroom. The house is also equipped with a full sound system that you can connect your Bluetooth to or listen to the radio.
There's a generator that prevents you from not enjoying the house during power outages and an EV charger. There's also a whole house filter with UV.

Second unique property I have rented from this host over the last few years and it was again memorable and private with lots of fun amenities. Host is extremely proactive, responsive and welcoming. This was a milestone anniversary and it did not disappoint.

Creekside Retreat is MAGIC: Peaceful natural location. Warm creative design. High quality amenities (hot tub on deck overlooking g creek and natural wood burning sauna!?!?). A clean & tidy space that looks like your artistic, but organized friend would have if she had her dream place. Over all, truly great weekend getaway for my wife and I. We definitely plan on going back!

Diana's place here by the creek was exactly what we needed to get away for our long weekend! I would have to say it's probably one of our best experiences we have had at a rental so far! Everything was as described, the house had plenty of space to stretch out and relax, and listening to that creek off the deck was so peaceful. Colgate Lake right down the road was a nice visit, as was the hike to Kaaterskill Falls, and of course the views of the fall foliage and the surrounding mountains was beautiful. Thank you!
