Great place to stay in Maryville. It was close to several good restaurants. It was also located close to the Great Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. We were also close to the Bronco Off-Roadeo, which is the main reason for our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The noise from the restaurant below did not bother me but my husband was a little more sensitive to the noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fantastic! Super easy and relaxing in every aspect including parking and accessibility! Host was very friendly and helpful. Great location if you wanna be an adorable suburban area near Knoxville ! Lots to do and great places to eat in your neighborhood but just a quick drive to downtown Knoxville ! 100% would stay here again !

Our stay was seamless! James gave us great recommendations for dining. Parked directly across the street. If you are going to Maryville, this is the place to have as home base!!

There are boutique shops nearby, great restaurants to choose from. Great for young peeps. My only 2 issues were the noise from Bella restaurant below (only Saturday night - but i go to bed early) and 2nd I wish they had a little bit of cover up on balcony patio (to cover a/c units) - Could have some growing ivy plants to block eyesore (but I'm nit picking). Also, patio chairs to sit in. All and all great location for downtown Maryville.
