Location: this beautiful and new holiday apartment is located in the heart of the town of Viareggio.
The holiday property is therefore close to shops, the promenade and restaurants. Cars can be parked on the street for a fee. The sandy beach is approximately 450 metres from the holiday property. The beautiful house consists of 2 holiday apartments, which are rented out to holidaymakers by the same owner. Air conditioning is available.
Facilities: The holiday apartment for 6 people is approx. 150 m² and has new and very attractive furnishings. Upper floor: Living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV, fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace with table and chairs. Two bathrooms, each with a shower, two bedrooms, each with a double bed (one with a balcony). Converted attic with a double bed.
To be paid on site: Tourist tax not optional, € 1.50 per day per person over 18 years of age. Final cleaning not optional, € 40.

This 3 story, 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5! Roberto and Monica were responsive and answered any questions we had. It was very nice to have A/C as it got hotter than we expected on our stay. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio. We loved the location - a block from a promenade with shops and cafes and about 5-6 blocks from the beach promenade - beaches, shops, restaurants, gelato, palm trees with the mountains in the backdrop! We were in the center of a charming Italian neighborhood!The train station is also a short walk away which made a day trip to Cinque Terre possible. There was a bit of street noise - one of us wore earplugs night one and honestly didn’t even notice it after that! What a beautiful city!
