Personally I liked everything, 500 yrs old maybe but bathroom was modern. Plenty of seating outside. Pity most plants were wilted due to near 55 days of no rain. 2 double bedrooms and one single. There being only two of us we had plenty of room. Kitchen had all the utensils one might need. Proximity to Mote Park (~10 m). Private front drive entrance with large remote sliding gate. That said I could only just get my Lexus RX450 in and out due to the narrow approach road. Mote park is great for long walks, and Maidstone is only another 10 mins from the far end. Mote park also has a large lake, plenty of kids playground, parking, cafe, toilets....
Not so keen on the gas cooker. Bit of a lack of space for storing extra food stuffs. The outside of the house was very difficult to leave alone. It needs a bit of TLC. I would especially remove the tree growing out of the roof near the chimney and clean the gutters. There are bits like the rear patio doors that have gaps that would be draughty in winter I suspect and internally bits that looked cobbled together but maybe this was intentional.
