Tv remote did not want to work correctly

Great place to stay. Nice big room, quiet, clean, parking was a little off site as we had an SUV but it was close and secure. Easy to check in and we were allowed to access our room early which was fantastic.
The air conditioning was very cold and we couldn't make it warmer also the bath/shower needed a hand rail to make it easier to get in and out of.

Location was great for visiting Epworth hosp. Room was great size for price . Staff helpful
Curtains need fixing. Shower grout mouldy needs to be regrouted, but staff did come & try clean with domestos
Wouldve preferred carpark to be connected to building.

The location was great for the purpose of me going to the MCG
TV remote was broken, checking out process was vague, the car parking location was dodgy, most light switches in the room didn’t work
