This was my second stay with this guest house after coming back from multiple-day local tour. The facility was excellent and the owner and his daughter were very helpful and supportive. The location of the property was also good, and you can find groceries, restaurants and cafes just near this guest house. Their room rate was also reasonable, so if you do not stick to "hotel" category, I recommend you try this guest house.

The room was pretty large and clean and in order. (One the other hand, the owner is also strongly requesting us to keep the room clean as well.) There is a kitchen corner equipped with tableware in the room, so you can dine there. (But you cannot cook there.) You also can use washing machine with detergent free of charge. The owner and his daughter responded to me very quickly (within 10 minutes) when I contacted them by WhatsApp, and they were very helpful and supportive. The location is very good, and you can find groceries, restaurants or cafes just around the property. There are public buses from the airport (no. 9 or no. 12) stopping near the property. (130KZT one way. To go back to the airport, only no. 12 bus will pick you up just before the bridge.)

すぐそばにトラム、バス乗り場があり、スーパーも徒歩圏内に数軒ある。アパートメントタイプなので、自炊も可能だし、洗濯機も無料で使える。
何よりスタッフが異常がないか定期的にチェックしに来てくれる。観光情報や交通情報もくれて、ケアが半端なくてめちゃくちゃ親切。

Communication with the owner, Sergei, was excellent. He was very kind, helpful, and always willing to assist. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation.
