Alloggio stupendo.
Quartiere residenziale all’interno di un parco con una persona che sorveglia h24. Stanza nuovissima. Si sente ancora il profumo del nuovo. Servizi massimi. Tv grandissima fronte letto. Letto comodo. Bagno nuovo. Macchinetta caffè inclusa in tutto. Sono di Napoli e sono rimasto estasiato. Rapporto qualità prezzo clamorosa, conviene tantissimo!

Appartamento nuovo dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Stazione della metropolitana a poche centinaia di metri che consente di raggiungere il centro in poche fermate. Host disponibile.

It is newly renovated. The bed is comfy. It is very near to the metro station. There are many sockets for this accommodation.
The online check in is very tedious, it is not user friendly and needs to take self photo with a passport. I filled up the same location for 3 times. TMy booking.com shows the city tax €38 for 4 people but they charged me €45. The payment gateway for city tax is very fishy.
The system taxed me on city tax which pissed me off.
The cement of the bath area cracked at the bottom when the first person took her bath.
The armrest of the coach in the bedroom is very fragile (it should be removed).
The coat rack is too high for a short people to hang their cloths.
The guest has to take note on the door at the kitchen. It is very hard to close. Please make sure the bottom of the door is attached to the doorframe before locking the door.
The period check in time is too short and the black out time is too long. The guest will need to check out early.
The soundproofing is very bad. I can hear the garbage car at 5am every morning.
Value for money if the price is below €120 for 4.
