Initially, I was quite skeptical about the accommodation because of the negative reviews, but it turned out to be quite decent. Indeed, you have some facilities available, but the room is very small and there isn’t much space for two people to move around comfortably. However, I can understand this, as many accommodations in Paris tend to be quite small.
The place was clean overall, although the bathroom could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it was about a 15-minute walk to the Opéra.
Overall, we didn’t encounter any major problems during our stay, but considering that we paid €700 for four nights, I don’t feel that the accommodation was really worth the price. For that amount, I expected a little more in terms of space and overall quality.

Ausgezeichnete Lage für die Anreise vom Flughafen Orly, die M14 fährt durch. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Paris sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden, ebenso wie Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für das Gepäck am Abreisetag. Location, and convenience of a room setup. It had everything I needed and in closed proximity to all transport links.
I arrived to not cleaned apartment. Towels were used, trash bins not emptied, bedding was definitely used. When I called the office they started telling me that they sent me a message with notification of delay in check-in time due to cleaning team running behind the schedule. However, the message was sent After my call, not before. The timing on ‘new’ check-in was also super inconvenient for me (5pm instead of 3pm) as I had to leave by 18:00 at the latest, and with all this commotion and cleaning team starting to clean my room only after I called the office, I was almost late to my appointment. No compensation for the inconvenience was provided except for an offer of 1h delayed check-out, which was useless for me since my train was leaving before 10am.
