The staff here was friendly and excellent. The breakfast was fantastic. I have a bad back and could not sleep on the mattress. We checked out early, and the staff was gracious enough to refund the unused night.

Gostei de tudo, cama muito confortável, localização na entrada do parque e perto do centro.
A pia do banheiro é dentro do quarto, falta cabideiro e estante para por as malas.

Da localização e alguns pontos do quarto, como cama, ar condicionado e roupa de cama.
O atendimento dos funcionários poderia ser mais simpático, caloroso, hospitaleiro. Não fizeram questão de sequer nos dar informações básicas da própria pousada, passeios,cidade e afins. A recepcionista não foi nada cordial no check in. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções. Uma cadeira ou criado mudo, melhoraria o quarto. A pousada está em obras e fomos acordados pelo barulho da mesma super cedo.

"Very new pousada with friendly and accommodating staff. Very close to Ubajara National Park. Good breakfast and cozy surroundings. Showers with lots of hot water and good water pressure. Good WiFi."
