Magnifique séjour à Propriano

La propreté de l'appartement, les équipements et accessoires disponibles. Superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer et une plancha pour de délicieux barbecue. La résidence est vraiment récente et l'emplacement très calme à quelques centaines de mètres de Propriano. Excellente boulangerie et fabuleux boucher (Pantalacci) juste à proximité.

Le bac de douche manque de pente, du coup un peu d'eau reste sur le carrelage. Les matelas sont un peu durs.

À FUIR, BOOKING et Propriano Location, en premier lieu.

Rien

Appartement le plus mal placé de la résidence, vue, éloignement, jamais de soleil. Impossible de dormir paisiblement à cause d’un compresseur (eau chaude) sur la loggia, au niveau de la seule chambre, l’autre étant noire (clostros s’abstenir), qui plus est, à priori, sous le hall d’entrée de l’immeuble. Manque sérieux d'isolation phonique tant dans gaines des eaux usées, qu'avec l’appartement du dessus. Volet roulant séjour quasiment bloqué en bas. Douche qui déborde (intimité très réduite si vous arrivez à le tenir levé a la force des bras ( déjà signalé il y a un an dans le livre d’or). Tv au son bloqué sur Bluetooth (donc à reprogrammer à chaque fois. Portes de placard déraillées, réparées par mes soins. Pas d'état des lieux contracdictoire d’entrée et pas d’accès à celui de sortie du dernier occupant. 2 chambres annoncées, légalement, une seule en réalité. Tous ça est connu, non annoncé (donc caché), non réparé. Annonce mensongère (2 chambres ...). Et si vous avez besoin de rien, adressez-vous à BOOKING, comme à Propriano Location. Dernière fois me concernant.

Un gros désagrément pendant de belles vacances

Un appartement très bien placé, neuf et moderne. Un espace agréable dans l’appartement, et superbe terrasse bien équipé.

Pas d’eau chaude pendant 4 jours et demi dans la douche. Pas assez d’équipement vaisselle et de cuisine. Pas assez de draps pour chaque lit d’appoint.
