The layout and decor was beautiful and fun.
The sand on beach was rough and hurt to walk on.
The bathroom had a odor.

The place gave santorini vibes which looked good on pictures.
We had some comments that we hope will be as constructive for the improvement of their services.
We arrived 2:30pm yesterday and we were informed the beach hut is not within the area. The beach hut area also has no guards on duty and feels unsafe at night. When we also arrived, they are still fixing the electrical wirings. I complained that before a guest arrives, every thing should have been checked such as faulty electrical wirings. I also asked how long do we have to wait for the wirings to be fixed so
I requested to be transferred to another room as compensation for that which gladly they did.
Some staff are not friendly or approachable but they accommodated us. Others are polite and warm. We do recommend all staffs should be warm to guests.
Food is ok and within reasonable price.

Kindly indicate that beach hut is not within the property. Don’t let the client book without knowing this info or open a cancellation option so we could have booked another room which is within the property. This case happened to us and I don’t want other guest to experience the same.

The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. The place was dated but maintained. The location was nestled be the foot of the mountain and in front of the sea. The beach is man-made - FYI.
Their food felt like a home cooked meal.
Our group has been assigned to rooms far from each other making the experience clattered. There were no bottled water in the room or one available to buy in their in house restaurant.
