Spotlessly clean. Nicely decorated room, lots of exposed pine. Pleasant view from the balcony - I enjoyed watching the monkeys. Large comfortable bed.
The location was good, close to the clock tower, however the road outside got very congested at certain times of day. Lots of honking and shouting.
Breakfast was ok - I recommend the chole bhatura.
There were just 4 rooms on our floor and no soundproofing at all so it felt like we were sharing an apartment with a (very noisy) family.
It was very cold when we arrived, and we were told that we had to pay 400/-a night for a heater. I’m not sure if this is normal practice, but it bumped up the cost of the room as we couldn’t have stayed there without heating.
The staff were sweet but slightly hopeless. For example they never remembered to leave clean towels or toilet rolls etc. When I was inputting my PIN number to pay, they all stood around watching. They were very loud when delivering food to the other rooms, and when cleaning the rooms in the morning. It just seemed rather unprofessional and haphazard.
The curtain across the large picture window was very thin and there was a bright light outside…

We had a great stay at this accommodation. The rooms are beautiful, the property is newly built therefore everything feels fresh. The location is great—situated between Mussoorie and Landour, making it easy to explore both areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was good.
One small downside is that some of the services they offer, such as scooter rentals and laundry, are more expensive than if you arrange them yourself in town. However, this did not take away from our overall experience. And be aware of monkeys who enter your room if you dont lock the balcony doors.
