Great location. Nice light apartment. Good size. Off street parking (see what we didn't like for more info on this). City Host as a managing agent were very responsive
Some parking challenges due to small off street carpark where three cars were competing for just about enough room if everyone parks considerately and a very overgrown hedge which was being dealt with, but it disapppintingly took two months for this to be actioned.
No smoke alarms were installed at move in time which I am sure is illegal. We raised it and it took them too long to resolve but it is now resolved.
We complained one bed was uncomfortable and City Host provided mattress toppers which was responsive of them but the issue didn't get fixed. We then discovered that one bed's base was built incorrectly so it had a big ridge down the middle. We fixed this and informed City Host.

Location is good. Place is very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed was an added plus point. The TV was huge too and WiFi speed was fast.
The parking can be a bit difficult. Probably because I rented a Benz C class this time. Smaller cars may fit well.
Leaving behind some garbage bags should be helpful for throwing stuffs.

Excellent apartment. Ideal for our trip. Great communication from host and the best info we have ever had with mini video clips about getting in, using cooker, heating etc. Clean and well presented. Close to amenities. Recommend Indique restaurant which is only a few minutes walk away. Tram stop to city centre also very close. And we all slept perfectly!
Not a dislike just a suggestion - a shelf in the bathroom would be useful.

- Master bedroom bed uncomfortable
- Laundry not refreshed after for a 5 night stay
- Items left behind not found or confirmed - still pending
