This place was such a nice welcome to Japan. It's large compared to other stays and although it has many floors and stairs, it didn't bother us at all. It was absolutely full of amenities and looked either very well cared for or newly remodeled. Our host was no fuss no muss and made our stay so easy. I would recommend you stay here, you won't regret it.
It was a little hard to find. even with pictures of the entrance and live view from google, it didn't take us directly to the front door. It kind of made it seem like it was someplace else in the same block of buildings. The sofa is ultra hard and not comfortable to watch TV from.

It is quite close to uguisudani station. The place was very clean when we arrived, and staff were prompt and helpful in answering any questions. Facilities were high quality, for example the remote door lock, flatbed microwave, flatscreen tv, and motorized kitchen bins. I left an item accidentally when checking out and they helped me retrieve it.
Beds were a bit too firm for my liking, although there does seem to be a mattress topper if needed. Stairs can be exhausting for someone sleeping on the third floor, although this is made clear from the floor plan.

The hotel was huge. Set over 3 levels it was large for our family and we loved it.
I’d recommend some more cutlery like knives, forked and larger spoons.
The mattresses and pillow are on the hard side.
