L'appartamento fa effetto wow all'arrivo perchè è nuovo in un caseggiato di recente costruzione e con un bellissimo panorama, dotato di 2 ampi balconi. Le camere sono ampie, la zona giorno dotata di tutti gli arredi necessari e di una cucina attrezzata. Il bagno ampio e confortevole. L'appartamento è completamente climatizzato.
Mancano alcune piccole rifiniture, ad esempio dei ganci in bagno per appendere le salviette ed i teli. Un macchina da caffè a capsule potrebbe essere un plus.

La struttura nuova e funzionale, con infissi di qualità, aria condizionata, lavatrice, arredi nuovi e ben attrezzata. L'edificio si trova in posizione dominante rispetto alla Marina di Roseto, per cui in una zona ben ventilata. La sera si può fare a meno dell'aria condizionata e godersi la brezza.
Per raggiungere il mare o il Borgo Marina occorre l'automobile, perché il fabbricato è su un colle (il che è anche un aspetto positivo) e la salita al ritorno è particolarmente ripida.
L'appartamento è in un condominio, con la maggior parte degli immobili di proprietà, e la notte i gruppi di ragazzi si fermavano a chiacchierare vicino alle finestre (è un piano rialzato) anche ad alta voce, fin quasi all'alba, prima di rincasare. Per cui o si metteva l'aria condizionata chiudendo le imposte, oppure si doveva di volta in volta chiedere di fare silenzio.

Brand new building and apartment. Really great communication with owners. Beds are very comfortable. Amazing view from both sides/balconies. Ground floor with parking inside the gated building. Central heating/cooling system. Fully fuctioning kitchen. Electric shades on the windows are a nice touch. Everything looks like the pictures.
The bathroom is a nice size but the shower is quite small. Since it's brand new, there were some small things missing like towel hangers but probably fixed since we've been there (we were the second guests).

Brand new apartment with lovely sea views. The bed was comfortable, and lovely new towels.
A few things missing as it’s not quite finished. But should be great when finished
