The location of the place (which was very near the venue where I was attending an event - HGH Galaxy Hall). It was also close to Sunway Putra Mall and right next door to the bus station and MRT station. There was also a 24 hour mart which was super convenient. The aircond in the rooms and hall was also good.
The complimentary parking available was also convenient for those travelling with a car. The information provided prior to check-in was also good and easy to follow.
The toilet seat was broken and not properly fit, there was also a stain on the floor (which was noticeable but not inconvenient). The toilet paper provided was not sufficient as it was not new rolls. There was also a smell (like drainage smell) and was a bit unpleasant but bearable.
The carpark to exit was very narrow and a bit difficult for bigger cars.

Nearby MRT and bus interchange. Easily access if no personal transport.
Good view at level 36. Love the view of the twin tower at night. While in the unit, if you see clearly, you can look into genting highlands.
Maybe just a little smell on the pillows. Everything else is fine.
