Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the owner was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The flat itself was clean, nicely furnished, and located in an elegant tenement building with plenty of character.
The main downside was the heat. Since the apartment is on the fifth floor, it became extremely hot during the heat wave. Despite the fans provided, it was virtually impossible to sleep comfortably without air conditioning. While the owner could not have predicted such unusually high temperatures, it's worth bearing in mind that this may not be the best place to stay during very hot weather.
Another issue was that there doesn't seem to be much air circulation in the apartment. As a result, the towels and bed linen had a musty smell, as if they hadn't dried properly before being stored. We didn't ask for fresh towels though, because we understood that the smell was caused by the humidity and poor air circulation rather than by cleanliness, so replacing them at the time wouldn't have solved the issue. Improving the apartment's ventilation or air circulation would make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience.

- The apartment (609) had almost everything we needed for our stay. That made our stay that much more comfortable.
- The property is exactly 500 metres by foot from the central station
- The neighbourhood is fully dotted with shops and restaurants
- The nearest proper supermarket (Billa) is half a kilometre away
- It would've been nice if the kitchen had some more pots and pans, kitchen tissues, aluminium foil, etc.
- There was no washing detergent for the machine so we couldn't do our laundry.

Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen muffig. Nach Reklamation wurde versprochen diese zu wechseln. Es hat sich jedoch herausgestellt, dass kein Personal da ist und der Tausch wäre nur am vorletzten Tag möglich. Im Endeffekt wurde uns einfach ein Sack mit "frischer" Bettwäsche (die genau so stank) von der Putzfrau einfach in die Hand gedrückt. Sie hatte auf unsere Rückfragen nicht mal reagiert und war sofort weg. Kein Wechsel, keine sauberen Handtücher. Es war staubig und dreckig in einigen Ecken, da wo man nicht hinguckt. Mit offenem Fenster ist es nachts teilweise sehr laut, da im Innenhof ständig gebrüllt wird.
