Clean apartment with good AC and well-equipped kitchen. Friendly host who always stays in touch and promptly responds to any inquiries. Well-defined instructions for check-in and check-out. Comfortable mattresses both upstairs and downstairs (sofa bed)
Fresh air from AC does not reach upstairs. Additionally, there is very little space there (impossible to sit up straight). Those two things made it impossible to sleep upstairs, so we had to move sheets to the sofa bed downstairs. It has a good mattress, so it was quite convenient to sleep on it. However, there was absolutely no space to move around once you fold it out as well as no accessibility to shelves as they are imbedded into stairs.
No shelves in the bathroom to store cosmetics and face care products. Inconvenient towel bar (to small to hand and dry them).
Old building with very thin walls and noisy neighbors. It's impossible to sleep in the morning as people start moving there and back from 7 AM and keep hitting the outside door. The street (and neighborhood in general) has a strong smell of trash.

T1 très pratique
Il faut un peu de souplesse, que je n'ai plus, pour accéder au lit confortable.
Proposition d'amélioration: Il manque un interrupteur accessible à l'étage pour la lumière du séjour.
