I had a wonderful stay at Lusso Hometels. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant.
A special thank you to Mohamed, who welcomed me and was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. He made me feel very welcome and was always happy to assist.

The staff was incredibly friendly especially Mohammed and Mustafa. They were always helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. The apartment is beautifully designed, modern, and very cozy, with everything you need to feel at home. The large terrace is definitely a huge plus and makes the space even more enjoyable. Everything was always spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Overall, a great experience and a place I would definitely recommend!

It was near the area I needed to be in. I did not use any of the installations because I was away all day
First, it was difficult to find because it is inside a building with a different name.
Upon arrival, at the reception of the building they told me to wait 20 mins for the owner. I was in a hurry and could not wait. Luckily they made an online checkin for me.
In the bathroom, only half a toilet paper roll for 2 full days!! And a new one was not pit on the following day.
On the following day, when I arrived to the room, it has been cleaned and they has thrown some orange peels that I kept in a box, these were for my tea. When I told the property he told me no one did anything… clearly someone threw them away because it was not me.
Added to this, the light at the head of the bed was flashing every 2-3 mins at night even when the switch was off… It was hard for me to sleep with those flashes!
