Sehr schöne Lage, große garten und Kinder und Haustier freundlich
Es war sehr schmutzig, Spinnweben überall, staubig und die Betten waren nicht sauber gemacht, das Bad war Trekking und sie dusche verschimmelt. Ich musste mich mit die Besitzerin streiten damit wir mindestens saubere Bettwäsche und saubere Tüchern zu bekommen, und so wie so haben wir nur 2 Tücher bekommen, wir waren 10 Personen. Von wegen sauber machen, habe ihr gesagt das sie jemanden schicken sollen um es zu reinigen, bzw. Spinnweben und Staub, ist sie Besitzerin gekommen und hat aber nur gestaubsaugt., mehr nicht, wir hatten 5 Kinder mit, es war sehr schrecklich, die Bad war auch nicht sauber, Dusche war verschimmelt, man hat kein fernsehen dort, am Ende war es dann doch egal, wir haben 4 Tage gebucht. Die Geschichte ist lang, an der erste Tag wollte sie uns dor nicht bleiben lassen weil sie ein Event hat an genau die Tagen die wir gebucht haben und wollten uns raus setzen, und dann hat sie Optionen für uns gesucht, von wegen ihr Event etc., Aber in der Moment vo wir gefragt haben wer das für uns zahlen würde, hat sie einfach gesagt das sie es nicht weiß. Wir haben 700€ bezahlt, und am Ende müssten wir die Polizei anrufen und mit die reden weil es ging nicht mehr weiter, wir haben einfach ein Tag verloren, für nichts, der Sohn des Besitzerin hat und bedroht das der uns raus schmeißt auf Grund das der uns nicht mögtet und das wir „Vandalismus“ vor haben, de wegen haben wir dann Polizei angerufen, und in der Moment der Sohn gekommen ist und die Polizei dort gefunden haben, hat sich die Lage um 180 Grad gedreht, un auf einmal war da keine Problem mehr und wir konnten bleiben und waren dann sehr nett zu uns. 🙃 Ich wollte eine Reklamation an das ANPC( Verbraucherschutz) machen, doch dann dachte ich mir so viel Stress brauche ich doch nicht, und habe dann nichts mehr gemacht, doch die Fotos und Videos von „vor Reinigung“ und „nach der Reinigung“ + von der Tag vo wir das Haus verlassen haben, habe ich noch alle.
Ich empfehle es überhaupt nicht dort zu buchen.
