The place was modern and clean. The 2 bedrooms are downstairs and the open plan living room is upstairs. The furnishings are modern and well put together. There is a large flat screen smart TV. It's very close to Chesterfield so you're near to plenty of bars and restaurants.
The pans need replacing.

Excellent apartment renovated to a very high standard, everything pristine , free parking , easy to find , short walk into town , lovely market , unusual spire on the church , nice pubs and restaurants, all in all a very nice place to visit, and stay. Ps, you'll probably know this but I'll say it anyway, the stain in the corner of the bathroom , if you paint over the stain with an oil based paint then when dry emulsion over it won't come through again , Thanks Caroline for a lovely stay .

Great central location with our own parking space at the property.
The house was immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly need for a lovely weekend with family. We will certainly recommend the house to family and friends and visit ourselves again in the future.
