Cladirea precum si toate obiectele din camera noi, de calitate peste medie.

The accommodation has an incorrect address on Booking.com. Google Maps also shows the wrong name and location. The building itself has no sign, and there are no signs indicating how to enter the parking area. This caused serious confusion. After a full day of skiing, it was already dark, and without any signs it was very difficult to understand where to go.
The staff were unprofessional or inexperienced. At reception, we were given the wrong floor number. When we asked again, we were given another incorrect number. This wasted time and was very frustrating.
The room keys did not work, and we could not open the door. After we complained, the receptionist said the problem was fixed, but the keys still did not work. Only after he personally checked the door did he open it with another key and give us new ones.
