Location is great, view from the window was wonderful. While there were two great bar/restaurants right downstairs, it was hard to beat sitting at the table in the apartment enjoying the view, the breeze, and all the amenities that were provided in the kitchen. Two bathrooms were a great luxury - one at the entrance, with clothes washer and the other upstairs adjascent to the bedrooms. The building is an old one, but exceptionally well renovated, including a swift elevator large enough to accomodate two people and luggage.
Probably a result of renovation, the upstairs air conditioning unit is in the hallway, so it has limited effects in cooling the rooms. As the host pointed out, most of the time, the skylights were a better choice, allowing airflow without using up energy. But we were there during a festival for which there was music into the night and it was necessary to close the windows. I also have to admit that I did not put the AC on full blast to see if it would cool down the entire floor - it would take a lot of power to do that, but would probably work.

-Todo muy moderno y limpio.
-Ascensor y entrada estupendos
-Poco menaje de cocina; demasiado justo.
-El baño excesivamente estrecho y solo una ducha en el apartamento, lo cual no se explica.
-la luz se va si se pone en marcha más de un electrodoméstico, lo que supone un inconveniente para el aire acondicionado.

Appartamento su due piani molto curato e pulitissimo, con mobili nuovi, in un bel palazzo antico e ristrutturato. Ottima posizione in centro storico con buona possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. La casa è fornita di tutto quel che può occorrere per un piacevole soggiorno. La signora Lara è stata cordiale e gentilissima. Ci ha fornito una buona colazione e ci ha anche permesso di trattenerci qualche ora in più sull'orario del check out. Lo consiglio assolutamente
