Tuve problemas con la aplicación, soy neófita en el tema de booking, por lo cual apenas reserve me comuniqué con la dueña contándole la situación, lo hablamos y quede confiada de que transparente mi problema. Pero cuando llegamos a la cabaña la encargada carecía de habilidades blandas, lo que impactó negativamente en la experiencia, sumándole el problema anterior que le había comunicado a la dueña y que según yo estaba solucionado, a fin de cuentas le dije que pagaría el valor de la diferencia y lo hice, pero en ningún momento hubo un acompañamiento y dirección, más bien lo sentí como un ataque, y entiendo que esto es muy subjetivo, pero tengo los respaldos que siempre transparenté mi situación. De las cabañas nada que decir, impecables y bellas pero el recibimiento dejó mucho que desear, me sentí incomoda
