Easily one of the best stays I’ve had in Goa! I initially booked the property for just a day but ended up extending my stay by almost a week, which pretty much says it all. Peter Uncle, the owner, was incredibly kind, warm and gracious. He made the entire experience even more special. Absolutely loved my time here and would definitely choose the same property on my next visit to Goa. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful oasis right in the heart of Anjuna. Spotlessly clean rooms, lovingly furnished, perfect mattresses, and a balcony where you can unwind with
a view of palm trees and lots of greenery. All the essential shops are nearby; it’s a 2-minute scooter ride to the centre or just under 10 minutes on foot.
The hosts are absolutely uniquely friendly, warm and very laid-back. On a five-week tour, this was one of the loveliest places to stay in India – I’ll be back.

Peter and beni were such fantastic hosts- they truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and that we had everything we needed. I truly can’t thank them enough:) The property itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great too. If you’re looking for a homely place to stay in Anjuna with superb hosts, look no further !!
