La posizione è ottima, anche se un po' faticosa da raggiungere appena arrivati. Usate l'autobus, il 40 si ferma praticamente davanti al portone, e non la metro troppo distanti le fermate della 4 e della 12 per gli standard parigini. L'appartamento è in buono stato generale anche se il parquet avrebbe bisogno di qualche cura in più. La vista è notevole anche se non è quello che ci si aspetta perché le finestre sono esposte a nord est quindi non verso il Sacre Coeur ma verso La Villette. Ma il vero pezzo forte è la salle de bain, dove troneggia il Santo Graal dei turisti italiani all'estero: IL BIDET!!!
Quando l'ho visto mi si è aperto il cuore. La vacanza ha preso tutta un' altra piega!
Scherzi a parte, io amo il xviii arrondissement e le sue strade tranquille e Rue Lamarck è la quintessenza dello spirito montagnardo de Mont-Martre
Le parti comuni dell'edificio andrebbero rifatte, fanno venire veramente la depressione.
Il costo è un po' alto, ma Parigi va bene una messa!

Great apartment, really spacious and beautiful with amazing views of Paris, Perfect location. Montmartre has a village feel, a little slower and a little more romantic, the perfect contrast to the intensity of the main sights

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Unweit von Sacre Coeur... nur wenige Schritte. Man konnte nachts bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Es gab praktisch keine Lärmbelästigung. Am Morgen kommt die Sonne rein... Die Größe war optimal. 2 Zimmer mit zus. top ausgestatteter Küche, Gr. Schlafzimmer, gr. Bad, viel Stauraum, im 1. Stock. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!!! Die Metro ist ca. 7-8 min entfernt. Die Gastgeberin kümmert sich rühren um alles und hat uns sogar ein tolles Restaurant in direkter Umgebung empfohlen (Lou Lou).
Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist nur ca. 1,4m breit. Da wäre ein breiteres Bett sicher besser. Es hätte ganz leicht Platz, weil der Raum groß genug ist. Das mit dem heißen Wasser haben wir in den Griff bekommen. Es gibt genügend, nur braucht es zu gewissen Zeiten etwas Vorlauf. Für 2 Personen ist das App optimal, mit mehreren Personen muss die Couch umfunktioniert werden, was aber auch gut ging! Wir waren 2 Erw. + 1 Kind...

Great location, beautiful view in Montmartre! The apartment had everything one would need to feel at home and it was a pleasure to come home each day after being out in the city!
